Attending the Conference

To attend the conference, you need to register online and pay the registration fee.

Early Regustration Rates (up to September 10 August 31, 2017)

• for attendees from Russia and CIS countries:
  • students  - 700 RUR
  • researchers - 2 500 RUR
  • business and industry representatives - 5 000 RUR
• for attendees from another countries - 200 Euro

Normal Reistration Rates (from September 11 September 1, 2017)

• for attendees from Russia and CIS countries:
  • students  - 2 000 RUR
  • researchers - 5 000 RUR
  • business and industry representatives - 7 000 RUR
• for attendees from another countries - 300 Euro

Accomodation

Room reservation at a special price at the Holiday Inn Moscow – Sokolniki hotel is available to conference attendees after the registration.

For Authors

Conference papers may be presented in the form of a verbal report or a poster paper. Conference materials can be submitted in one of the following three formats: full paper, short paper, poster abstract. All materials will be reviewed by experts of the conference agenda committee. All materials approved by the agenda committee will be published in the conference proceedings.
